I've done several of these pre-paid kits now August 18, 2025 Reviewer: ALEX F from Fredericksburg, VA United States   I've done at least 4 with a 5th going this week.  One was a reg rebuild as well.  This one going is also a reg rebuild.  This is just a really convenient service for older tanks and regs, they send a pre-paid box to you with thread cap and packing materials in it and a pre-paid label to send it back to them.  The cost of shipping back and forth is included in the price.  I highly recommend it! Phenomenal Service August 6, 2025 Reviewer: James S from Drums, PA United States   Hogan’s Alley couldn’t have provided better service if they tried. From calling and emailing me a shipping label to get the tank there faster, testing the tank,  calling to replace the defective regulator, and finally overnighting the tank back to me on a Friday the service was beyond expectations and if I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat. I shipped the tanks out two days after the arrival of the box due to a postal holiday.  From the time I placed my order to the time my tanks arrived back was 2 weeks exactly.
