If you are sending us a carbon fiber wrapped tank, please note we cannot test tanks that are no longer in their 15-year service life. Any tank we receive that is outside of its service life will be condemned.
Is your tank out of date? Don’t scrap it, or spend hundreds of dollars to replace it - send it to us for a hydro-test instead! We specialize in meeting the unique needs of the paintball, airsoft, and PCP* communities. We can service any brand of paintball, airsoft, or PCP tank and / or regulator. Individual players, as well as other paintball stores and paintball fields have trusted our on-site industry professionals with hydro-testing their tanks and rebuilding their regulators** for over 20 years.
*For PCP Customers: This kit is for PCP tanks up to 90ci. If you have a larger PCP tank, please contact us for a shipping quote.
**Regulator Service options are intended for tank regulators. If you have a secondary regulator or valve you would like us to service, please contact us with the model and allow for additional turnaround time.
How Does The Pre-Paid Kit Work? - We’ll ship you a box with packing materials, a degassing tool, instructions, and a pre-paid label for you to use when you ship your tank(s) to us. The default box is 12” long. Most tanks fit in a 12” box, even with a regulator installed. If you have a longer tank, a long body regulator, or both, no problem. Just let us know in your order comments, and we’ll send you a longer box at no extra charge.
- When we ship your kit, you’ll receive two emails.
- The first email will contain the tracking number for the kit itself.
- The second email will contain a digital version of the pre-paid label packed inside your kit. Use the digital version of the pre-paid label to track your kit after you ship your tank(s) to us. Please do not print out and use the pre-paid label before your kit arrives.
- When your kit arrives, follow the instruction insert to prepare and pack your tanks, then have your mail carrier pick up your box.
- When your kit arrives we’ll inspect and test your tank(s), complete any other additional work you’ve requested, and send you tank(s) back. If we have to reject or condemn your tank, we will contact you.
- Once we ship your tank(s), you’ll receive a third email with tracking.
Hydro-Test 101 This section is mostly for paintball players who have never had to have their tank hydro-tested before, but it also contains information for players who know they have to have their tank hydro-tested but just don’t know how often they need to test it. This section is also great for players who have been out of the game for quite a while and may have an unsalvageable tank.

- Regulator service only covers the internal seals of your regulator. If you'd like us to replace a broken gauge, fill nipple, or a blown burst disk, please add the part(s) you need to your cart.
- If you’d like to swap your old reg out for a new model, we can make that happen as well. Click here to view our tank regulator options. Add your reg to the same cart your hydro-test kit is in and we'll take care of the rest. There is no installation fee for reg swaps
- No Middle Man, Quick Turn-Around - Plenty of places offer hydro-testing, but what they don’t tell you is they send your tank out to a third party, or they bring a specialist in one or two days out of the week. Our testing facility is on-site at our store in Meriden, CT, and we always have a professional tester on duty. When you send your tank to us, there’s no middle-man to worry about. Our location also means we’re a two-day ship point for most of the United States, and a one-day ship point for many New England carriers. That allows us to offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry!
