I ordered 3 of the same item showing in stock. I received 2 of the item. I was billed for 3 and the packing slip showed 3. I left a voicemail with the order dept. and an e-mail and did not hear back. The item now shows out of stock. So, a star lost for the order discrepancy, a star lost for no customer service, and another lost for the incorrect availability. One star given needed to submit a review, and one given for shipping. The 2 items were shipped very quickly after the order. Updated - I was contacted by E-mail shortly after this review and a credit was issued.
