Description

The Empire Axe 2.0 is one of the most dependable and user-friendly mid-range electronic paintball markers available. Designed with paintball-crazed recreational and novice tournament players in mind, the Axe 2.0 is lightweight, smooth-shooting, and accurate. It’s the perfect paintball marker whether you like to creep through the woods or prefer honing your skills on an airball field.

User-friendly

The Axe 2.0 is easy to set up and easy to service. The marker can be turned on with the push of a button, its clamping feedneck allows you to lock in or release your loader by flipping a lever, and its on / off ASA lets you engage and disengage your HPA tank with the flip of a switch.

Maintenance is just as easy as set-up. The Axe 2.0 has a quick-lease bolt system that lets you remove the entire engine with the push of a button. The Axe 2.0 also has externally serviceable vision sensors / eyes that don’t require you to disassemble the marker to get to them.

Dependable

Ask any field owner or veteran paintball player, and they’ll tell you the Axe platform is one of the most reliable paintball markers ever created. We keep a small fleet of them on hand to rent out to players who want a bit more fire power than our mechanical options. You can’t really break an Axe, and they work in every weather condition you can imagine thanks to their water-resistant electronics and solid construction. Just keep your marker lubed up and you’ll be ready to go every time.

Weight and Feel

The second we put an Axe 2.0 into a customer’s hands during a demo at our store, they immediately respond to how light the marker is. Constructed of durable, lightweight aluminum, the Axe 2.0 weighs in at just over 2 lbs. You can carry the Axe all day or all weekend, and never feel like the marker is too heavy.

Customers at our store also love how good the Axe 2.0 feels in their hands. The Axe 2.0 features a nicely angled trigger frame with soft rubber grips, and has an extra-large trigger guard that makes the marker a perfect fit no matter how bit or small your hands are. If you want your marker to feel like its an extension of your hands, choose the Axe 2.0.

Weight is only half the battle when it comes to how a marker feels. The other half is balance, and there are no balance issues with the Axe 2.0.

Once you install the marker’s two-piece Autococker threaded barrel, attach your electronic loader, and thread in your HPA tank, you’ll find the entire setup feels great to run around with and sight. The Axe 2.0 is compact enough to help you keep a low profile while you’re crawling and snap shooting and long enough to give you a stable shooting platform that lets you make game winning split-second reactions.

Smooth-shooting and Air-efficient

The Axe 2.0 is powered by a pressure-controlled poppet engine. The low-pressure design gives the Axe 2.0 a smooth shot with minimal kick, so your marker won’t ride up when you start to lay on the trigger or activate one of its tournament legal ramp settings. The Axe 2.0 engine is also quite air efficient. You can expect to shoot about 1000 paintballs before you have to fill your 68ci 4500psi HPA tank up.

Accuracy

A paintball marker’s accuracy depends on a lot of factors, but the Axe 2.0 starts you off on the right path with its two-piece Driver XX barrel system. The 14” Driver XX barrel is micro-honed for an ultra-smooth finish. As long as you’re using quality paintballs, you’ll be able to eliminate the enemy team no matter where you are on the field.
